Trusted Account Status Issues

Hello. I just started playing a little over 2 weeks ago and cannot use AH. I added Mobile Steam Guard Authentication on 11th February 2023. My Steam account is not limited.

Server: Europe Central - Zinnervale

This is the official information that we have to obtain Trusted status in Lost Ark:

  1. Have a purchase within Lost Ark that was placed over 72 hours ago and remains in good standing.
  2. Have a Steam purchase that was placed over 90 days ago and remains in good standing.
  3. Activate Steam Guard Mobile 2FA. To learn more about Steam’s 2FA and how to activate it, check out the Steam support article .

In case that you are still having issues even by meeting this requirements, I’ll suggest you to contact our Support Team in order to investigate this further.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

In the patch notes it says one of two ways. I should not need to make a purchase within Lost Ark itself. I have all the requirements to get Trusted Status with the first option.
