Trusted Account Status

I have been playing the game ever since it came out in NA. I added $5 to my wallet recently and also purchased a game (gifted) to my friend’s account. Yet, I am still a “Limited User Account”…how do I fix this? Who can I contact?

I am trying to get to trusted status before the 11/16 tripod update as I have 2 zerkers in my Account that I would like to send the gears/accessories over to my alt.

How old is your steam account? is it new or is it an established account that already has games on it?

If it is a new account you may need to wait 1-3 months from your first purchase/wallet top up.

If it is an older account that you have already made purchases on in the past you are probably already unlimited and should receive trusted status in Lost Ark within ~30 days of account creation(adding the game to your steam account).

If you are unsure about the current status of your Lost Ark account you can find out if you are unlimited or not by going to the steam support page and logging in.

If you have not met the requirements for unlimited yet you will see the following at the top of the support page:

If you do not see the highlighted section you should already have an unlimited account and will not need to purchase anything else.

In addition to the $5 requirement lost ark also requires you to have steam guard enabled and linked to a mobile device(Not email).

But just keep in mind that in most cases its simply a matter of waiting for the system to update your account.

In rare cases this can take an indefinite amount of time.

I became verified when I paid 20e for crystals. I created fresh steam account for this game only. I only have steam guard as email on.

But sure, if someone is having problems, try enabling all these things. Just wanted to point out mobile is not a requirement.

I have had this Steam account for over a year and have games on it (from gifts).
I just recently made the $5 wallet transaction (2 weeks) and made a game purchase.
I do not see the highlight section that you mentioned under “Steam Support”.
I have already enable the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator since it came out in March.

Where should I go from here?

they say you can get trusted without spending steam wallet just add to your account but i think this only apply on this account cuz mine still not trusted after a month but when i use that steam wallet i got trusted after that when i bought a game from steam

Waiting game. System will update for most people within 30 days. Others have been waiting months. It is a very inconsistent system and it doesn’t really seem like support staff even understand how it works.

You have done everything that can be done on your end though.
