How do i know my Steam Account and Lost Ark account are trusted?
How long will it take for it to get trusted as i just did the 2-factor authenticator?

For your first information request you can check if your Steam account has the trusted status with this steps:
- Click on your Steam nickname in the top right corner.
- Click on Account Details.
- You will see a section that states: Contact Info.
- This section has to Status: Verified.
The Steam page for this topic doesn’t include an exact ETA for this process been processed, I want to share with you some information about this directly from Steam:
An alternative solution for other player to get the trusted status was an in-game purchase for Lost Ark, it’s an alternative method stated on the patch notes:

hey, how can I raise the ticket to fix this problem?
It’s really annoying and I stuck in 1340 because I don’t have enough gold to upgrade the item. Do you acutally want real player to quit?
I already spent money on lost ark, and enabled 2-factor authenticator on mobile, and tried to logout and login the steam many times, but nothing has changed.

Once you open this link follow this path:
- Select In-game Issues:
- Select Something Else’s option:
- Then at the left corner you will see an option to use Web Ticket:
