I have set up 2 factor authentication through steam guard, as well as made several purchases. I am still getting the “Not trusted” message when I try to market exchange crystals for gold. It has been over 6 hours since I set up 2 factor authentication. How long should this take? Thanks!
steam trusted doesn’t need a phone. Just buy a few games
Is there a chance we can be informed on the next hoop we need to jump through for access to the basic aspects of this game? Maybe a blood sample will suffice?

So can you tell us again how to get trusted status, because your way of 2FA clearly dont work…
I bet you will at the end just give up and tell us to buy something on steam…
buying a game on steam for at least $5 and wait for maybe a month won’t save us. I’ve been using steam guard mobile since day 1 of this game. spent $12 for a game 3 months ago, still not trusted. this is BS AGS
Hi guys, I turned on Mobile 2FA last weak on steam, payed 20 bucks into steam and im still not trusted in the game i dont know if it is just a bug on my account but if not can u tell me what i still have to do, If i want to get trusted.

I guess i’ll just post this here since it’s related.
A while back( i can’t pinpoint an exact date, maybe a month or two ago ish) i had sent mails to my alt character, and it went through just fine, meaning my account was considered “Trusted”. Yesterday was running a bus with friends and then i went to send the gold through mail for convenience and i got hit with the “nah you cant not trusted” message for all the features related.
So why did i got locked out after having it work fine earlier
Just logged in after the maintenance. Yep, still untrusted. Good job AGS

I have 2fa enabled, i have a several years old account that by all standards has trusted status , level 70 with 600 games and i am still getting a notification in Lost Ark saying i do not have trusted status when I try to trade gems for gold and I have even spent money in game

I have spent money and done everything possible to get a trusted status. All the trusted aspects are fine on the steam side I am hoping that I would be able to get a reply to figure this out am I missing something?
