I think many of the new players joining lostark encountered this issue and not being able to use the AH/Market, trade is a big handicap especially towards mid tier 3 content.
I think it’s necessary that the Mods/Devs/Admins/support clarify this matter.
For an instance giving us an ETA or a clear information and instructions on how the process of getting trusted works, this system is so ambiguous and if this keeps up the way it is ,it will definitely leave an immense harmful impact on the game’s player base.

People start to play LA and find out it’s a nice game. After some days they are addicted to it. After few weeks they realize that AH doesn’t work. They try to find an answer ‘why does it not work?’. They visit forums, read topics and contact support, and they get the answer "you have to wait 5 days, 30 days, 90 days, or pay 10$ and get trusted status after 72h. They don’t care about new players, they care only about the money. A don’t believe they will help anyone in this matter. This is their politics to get money from people. You will never get any clear information how to make your account trusted.
That’s why this game is dying. No new players in mmo game equals a dead mmo.
