So I have been battling with this system for months now, and now in support section a moderator gave me a good idea to write a feedback about this dumb system.
I was told if I spend 5€ on steam and set up mobile guard 2FA I will get trusted within 30 days in Lost Ark. I didn’t. I contacted support and they told me it’s only a matter of time until I get trusted and I met all requirements. Guess what? I didn’t. I was lied to. I contacted amazon and they told me I have to wait 90 days after steam purchase, almost forcing me to buy royal crystals if I want to play the game. I won’t after I was lied to.
Now speaking with moderator, he tells me that waiting 90 days is outdated (I was told that last month), now what is happening? Support is useless and has no idea how the system works, we are giving different answers and automatic useless responses when we ask about it. Now steam users are actually being scammed by amazon because the game is advertised as free to play, but in reality you have to pay 10$ for royal crystals to be able to play the game properly.
Just go visit support section and see how many people are having issues with this system and how many people quit because of it.
For the love of god do something about this, it was supposed to combat the bots, but it’s actually combating the new players while almost half of the game population are bots.
The support really doesn’t care. If you don’t pay then you are completely useless for them. And yes, for such lies and tons of frustrations I will not give them any single cent even if I get trusted status! The community also will not support us because it’s not their problem. We can spam this forum about the problem but nobody cares. That’s the real true.
Soon the game should named BotArk I’m waiting for d4.
Why? I don’t need help, I just left feedback for you to improve this system. You have to wait for months and months to get trusted if you don’t spend money in game. It’s just a heads up, I don’t need more links and useless answers from mods.
I will have to make new feedback thread about this if it stays in support section.
My friend use Steam for 5 years opened Steam Guard and spend a lot of money on Steam but she didn’t get trust status. She contacted support 2 weeks ago but they said “to wait till you get the trusted status” Until now she still didn’t get the trust status (sorry for my grammar it is my first time writing forum)
