My steam account had lot of past purchase in games like path of exile etc., so i was 100% sure i had trusted status on Lost Ark.
Some hours ago i bought 12k royal crystal (my very first purchase in LOA) and i just cant convert them to gold cause i dont have trusted status…
i had no problems using the auction house, i just cant use my royal crystals!!!
Plz help me!!!
