I have the mobile steam guard and it still wont let me be “Trusted”. Also bought the $30 pass that just got added. Still nothing. I have over $1,000 spent on my Steam account but I am not Trusted?
If that is your first purchase to lostark then it will take 3-5 days or maybe a week to get a trusted status. If longer, have a look on other forum topics that had the same issue and send your main IGN to the support team.
Everything on the forums just says Mobile Steam Guard or have an Steam account with $5 spent.
