Trusted Status Lost Ark

Continuing the discussion from An Update to Fraud Prevention in Lost Ark:
I’ve been contacting lost ark support for 1 month about this problem 3 tickets were created for the lack of information that lost ark support have about the game, they sent me twice to contact steam support for no reason i gave lost ark support all my steam information and till that day i didn’t get it. now i wanted to contact lost ark support again to see if the devs are finally gonna reply to my ticket (The only reply i was getting wait 2/3 days for the first week the second+third week it went from 2/3days to 1 week or more) but i can’t contact lost ark support anymore, any solution now ?
