I understand but we as a community need to take more responsibility for people’s toxicity, we can’t just discount MM as this toxic cesspool and not take actions help address that.

No, we don’t, nor can we. On an individual level we can opt to ignore the invective of others, but if someone wants to be abrasive it really isn’t my fault. I won’t accept responsibility for someone else’s behaviour.

I’m always baffled by people on the internet and social media complaining about abuse. How did you survive school? Dealing with bullies is a life skill everyone should learn before the age of ten. Even within the greater gaming sphere, this kind of abuse is common. Lost Ark is definitely not unique in that regard. Go play your MOBA of choice for a few hours and tell me how you fare.

There’s a block function, there’s a report function. Feel free to use them.

Sorry if all that sounds harsh, but that’s how I feel. You can’t control the behaviour of others. It’s an exercise in futility. Just learn not to care.

PartyFinder Does infact lie. A title will say “Know Mechanics” and when you are excited to finally find experience players to only quit at the end of the dungeon due to being wiped 20 times. Great isn’t it?
