Turtle Island Quest Issue

I have completed the first step of turtle island quest line, The Turtle and the Boy, then abandon it early in the game. Now the next quest does not appear on any of my character when I visit the island. Don’t know if anyone who has abandon the quest has the same issue

Thank you for reporting this can you please confirm if you tried few basic troubleshooting before we escalate this further.

Lets start with verifying integrity of game files on steam Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files.

Once this is done reboot and restart your PC to check if your able to see a quest line.

Also,

  1. Make sure you’re in the correct location, have fulfilled all prerequisite requirements, and are interacting with the correct NPC.
  2. Leave the conversation/location, reload, and activate the quest dialogue again.

Still same issue after all the troubleshoot.

I also abandoned the quest before doing the Turtle and the Boy, and am having the same issue. It shows the first step complete and will not let me restart step 2.

Did you ever get a resolution for this? Having the same problem. Completed step 1, no offer for step 2 of the quest chain.
