Thank you for bringing this situation here and we are sorry that this happened to you during your Argos Raid, normally we can not reset the weekly entry or give a re-entry ticket back but at this time the devs have come with a solution for this kind of situations.

Every suggested fixed related to the [[g0x9-spclfwf1f2nf] [G0x9-SPELPWP1P2NT]] errors… I originally had the problem about 3 weeks ago & took a laptop in for service due to trying everything and it still happening… then it happened on my backup laptop… my laptop I took in for service “thinking it was my 3060 gpu going bad” nope wasn’t it but they replaced it #buyreplacementplansandabusethem - now on my now desktop with a 3070ti 32gigs ram i7 blah blah blah boom the crashes are back…
I’d also like to add that the problem cleared up for about a week on my old assss laptop with a 960 in it and was able to play crash free on the hunk of scrap metal…
new system… bitched at comcast for over 10 hours and had 2 service techs come out… I’m at my wits end. I Love this game and it’s becoming very hard to say good things about it >.<
**also STILL don’t have a refund ticket for Argos and reset it knocking and I’m about out of time to do it so… lol yeah

They offered “this so called solution” that will regrant player with entry ticket IF the disconnedtion come from player end.
I mean they should change the system to 1 CLAIM per week. The ticket is used when a player is claiming rewards for argos clear.
Idk man the system is very weird to me
Support do nothing and no solution at all
And on top of that WE NEED COMPENSATION FFS
Havent got my ticket yet either and its been over 24h. It wasnt my connection, I had stable service the entire time and could reconnect instantly. Its pretty demoralizing to spend all this time trying to get to a certain ilvl to do a Raid only for you to get locked out of it for the week because of server issues.
same, bro. I haven’t got any compensation or re-entry ticket yet. I assume these CSs don’t even bother to contact a moderator or developer to help our frustrating experience better. It will always be the same copy/paste link answer just so they can feel like they finished their job and tick it on their system and be like “I did my job, next”.
Well It happened to thousands of players today , they were in middle of argos raid and they got kicked due the server crash (incluiding my team) now i have limite on weekly and cant do it anymore neither got nothing out of it to a server failure, if we dont get any compesation or a fix soon , doing raids its like gambling at this point some weeks u will get it some weeks u will loose it lmao kinda sad.
I had this happen to me for the first time today. I got dcd with the in game error during the P3 cutscene. When I was finally able to log onto my character to get back in, my friends were telling me they just killed him and were at the mvp screen. They waited for me but I had zero access to the gold, loot, and not able to buy the chest… I would like the re-entry ticket so i can just do P1 for some gold.
