I lost the drop of LoLA Neugier Gold Mount, I don’t know if it was because of the lag when I redeemed it, or because I was in the cinematic when I got the message that I had claimed it, but the mount does not appear in my inventory or in the bag of items in the store.
I unlogged several times and logged in when I redeemed it the first few times to see if the market server linked better with the game, but there was no way, and after a while I got the message that the mount was redeemed, but it is not in my inventory, nor in the list of mounts.
