Have a chest bought from golden toad that cant be interacted with at all. Bought on a 1500+ shadowhunter alt and put in roster storage attempted to claim on a 1540+ glaiver alt and it cant function other than being moved in character inventory.

no fix i have a feeling that the chests where implemented incorrectly and originally intended to be character bound( just a theory) that was then implemented after the fact causing issues with the chests themselves. Based on AGS current standard id assume we get to keep what we have done so far and get compensation for them changing or som,ething to that effect or if backlash is to big they will commit to a statement saying it was an accdient and they will fix it and make them work as roster bound still
Yes but it’s already so hard to make gold, they steal it from us even like this with bugs. It should be an event to help us by buying materials, not throwing money out the window…
When i make a mistake in the game im stuck with it, i have to just accept it. Why is it when they accidently give us good things its allways a mistake and taken back. This is the pheons thing all over again.

If only they had a Quality Assurance team. . . and if they think they have one, they should clear house with that team.
i just wasted 6k gold on shard/stones. then its bug ^^ . cant store/open :)) well. idc anymore ^^.

Imagine swiping for gold in the shop to buy from the frog vendor thinking you could buy roster bound items and now you can’t…
This is really bad! A lot of people are gonna be really mad when they find out everything is bound.

I agree, if they don’t fix the bug I’ll quit the game becouse we are not protected.
The issue is annoying, but once again I feel like they are handling it in the absolutely worst way possible. . . lock the items down so you cant buy more - notify the community to use the ones they already bought with the FALSE ADVERTISTING then unlock the store with the new items. How is that hard to understand as a proper way to handle this sort of issue? They are so stupid when they try to resolve these issues.

I agree, all they had to do was allow everyone to collect their materials and then patch it the following week after an announcement, the way they went behind the scenes and gave no official announcement is gonna rub people the wrong way.

It’s not a bug, it’s a server side hotfix to patch up their mistakes again.

yea im sure theyll find a way to say players exploited the system to remove the stuff in roster storage after saying we could keep it
It’s wild how that system was in place almost a full day before the announcement about the changes.
