My friend and I haven’t received a twitch drop for two days, even though you have to wait up to 24 hours. We both have linked twitch, amazon and steam accounts.
Hi @Annexe!
Welcome to our community!
My apologies regarding the issue you’re having with these Twitch Drops. Please follow these steps:
-
Close the game completely.
-
Go to this page: Twitch Drops | Lost Ark - Free to Play MMO Action RPG and do the steps once again.
-
If Twitch is linked, unlink Twitch and relink. Make sure your Twitch account is linked.
-
If Steam is linked, unlink it and relink it. But first sign out of Steam, sign back in and connect to Twitch.
-
Once both Twitch and Steam are linked, the third selection will be displayed. Then click “Activate”. You should see a pop-up message that says “Success! Your Drop will be available in Lost Ark Starting…!”
-
Your drops should be viewed as “Claimed” here Drops Inventory - Twitch, so please check in-game.
Let me know if these steps have worked, I appreciate your patience.
i also have the same problem did exactly the same steps and still nothing and i dont have progress for the new drop
