Twitch drop not coming

Hello,
i noticed some posts about this issue,
anyways i waited almost 20 hours for the drop, and it didnt come yet,
is it normal?
what we can do?

Same here, normally i got it after about 2-5 Minutes, but now, already about 17/18 hours and nothing

I am also experiencing this. Even had Amazon Gaming look into it and they cannot explain why I don’t have it.

I’ve listed this as the solution, however if you have any more problems with Twitch drops please contact customer support or use the support section of the forums.

i waited over 24 hours for the drop but i didnt receive it yet. Is there other methods of receiving the drop?

edt: I applied the fix suggestion above and restarted my game. The twitch drop was in my inventory after logging back in. I hope this helps people who came across the same problem i did.
