Does anyone know why none of the streamers have the following drops? They haven’t expired they just aren’t available from what I can find.

Any info on this would be helpful I have sifted thru a lot of forum posts like this and cannot find a clear answer on if these will be available again as drops or not.
This drops are Tier 1 or 2 and now they are at the two pets and the mount witch are Tier 3 or 4. And you can’t go back …
I also looking for the Starter Item Pack … can’t find it anywhere on Twitch anymore …
It says they are available till March 1st though. So would this be considered false since they are not availalbe?
