Is it still possible to get the loLA starter item set?

Yesterday I was getting the drops (starter, pet and hat) I completed the pet and hat normally, but the starter that was at 50% suddenly went back to 0% and since yesterday running everything that is channel on Twitch in the list of channels that have drops I can’t get out of 0%, all channels I enter through the drop list don’t activate the drop and with that I can’t get the drop that was already at 50% and out of nowhere it went to 0% and stay stuck.

I’m having a similar problem. I’m stuck at 11% and it doesn’t matter what twitch channel that supports drops I go to, I can’t get it to move any further.

I’ve tried disconnecting my account rebooting, and reconnecting, and it didn’t do anything for the problem.

I’m trying to get the LoLA Starter Item Set. I could really use some help with this.
