So I claimed already 3 rewards on my twitch account, but I got none in-game. I double-checked that the correct steam account is linked to twitch.
Is there something else I have to do in order to obtain it, or just take that long (a few days already passed for some).
Same i claimed and they showed up yesterday wasnt able to claim them due to an error. After a relog later a day all of it was gone and unclaimable

I have claimed my twitch drops as well i saw them in the game but couldn’t claim and today i cannot see them, they are just gone and my crystal are gone as well, I don’t know how that happened

I claimed them but they didnt even pop up ingame for me anywhere, not mail or chest or inventory.
did you try looking ingame in the “Claim window” at the INGAME Shop ?
there you might find your belongings to claim it also ingame
and are you using the Steam version of the game ? did you Guys linked your Steamaccount with twitch ?

@vicnoob2102 @DerLehrer I have the same issue. What happened is that we tried redeeming it when marketplace/product inventory had issues so it could have been lost in transition. I contacted support, they took all the info and they added the ticket to the devs about it. Thy said wait about 24-48 hours, if it doesn’t get resolved contact them again with the ticket number. I will let you know if they send it again.

They are probably going to ask you to do the same thing that they did for these folks. I don’t think it fixed their problem, but you might as well try and if it doesn’t you can add that to the list of things you’ve done.
