Im still waiting for my twitch prime loot back from march. I claimed it within the time limit, opened live chat and got a ticket never received updates until i contacted live support again 4 weeks later. They gave me some cookie cutter response about relinking steam, amazon twitch and verifying files etc. I wait 4 weeks for some trash response, get 0 compensation or offer to compensate.
