Could someone please explain me why they can give twitch drops drop again on people who claimed them at first time, but not do another celebration pack wave?
I got the celebration pack in EUW by mistake, we all know about this issue, there’s a lot of topic about it. Support told me i have absolutly nothing to do about it, i claimed it i lost it. All i can do is move to EUW and start again. I have 200+ hours invested in EUC so i will not change region, and today i see in my item box all 4 twitch drops again to claim. Good, i guess, i probably will claim them in EUW just to have them there too… But i want the celebration pack in EU West and support told everyone this is impossible to do.
Why? I really want to know why, why can you do another wave of twitch drops but not celebration packs. There are a LOT of people who got it by mistake in the wrong region why do we have to deal with it but people who lost twitch drops opportunities can have it again ?
I don’t understand man i love this game but im hating the management so much…
