Bifrost to seaswept woods on hydorii scrapper and went and docked on hydstroyer destroyer .the game just froze on both and cant re log into them. can log into other characters that aren’t at tortoyk.

I’m really sorry to hear the issue with the stuck characters, I would like to try to unstuck them by relocating them to a safe zone, just to make sure, can you please provide me the name of the characters with that issue? Also can you please help me with the region/server?

Akkan server NA west i think characters names are Hydorii and Hydstroyer scrapper and destroyer on my account. please just locate to vern city as i know that is safe

You can launch the game and check if you can play with both characters. Just to discard corrupted files please run an Steam file check,

validated files 5 were missing apparently and were re-downloaded also can log into both of the characters in Prideholme thankyou Firus savior of stuck characters. <3
