U will never be trusted by amazon

  • Not only that you actually need to pay to use ingame mail and trade between players
  • Not only that you need to wait whole 30days to do that.

  • exactly 30days have since i fulffiled the requirements to get trusted status but guess what… i’m still RESTICTED and UNTRUSTED.
    i’m here unable to trdae accessories nor stone between my characters prevented from advancing them nor trading with my friends or guildmates.
    I CAN’t EVEN GET POWERPASS cause I CAN’T get Royal Crystals.
    What a competent company. glad I didn’t spend a dime on them yet.

Part of trusted status is spending $5 or more though. So if you didn’t then you wouldn’t be trusted status. Unless you spent it on some other game. I would contact steam support to have them verify if your account is trusted or not then if it is use that information as proof to AGS.

if you actually read this u’ll see that already contacted steam support. u can read the tickets and see that this was their answer

I was able to use community features on steam After only 7DAYS of fulffiling the 5usd requirement. now 30days have past

I did read it, the way you linked that it seems like one whole link (which I clicked) the second link I would add some space between in your post.

I would follow up with steam because they never got you the answer and just linked some guidelines.

Steam support said it has nothing to do with them and like i said i can use steam community i’m not restricted on steam at all.

Are you from a supported country or using a VPN by chance? that might affect it as well.

I do know that this was reported as a bug like a month ago but not sure where that ever went to.

I think the problem is that the Support Team has to help with requests regarding Lost Ark and New World (at least those two games) and some of them just dont know anything about Lost Ark.

I do hope though, that OPs problem gets fixed soon. Me and my friends all had trusted status before the update, so we didnt ever encounter any change/difference/problem.

thanks i’m looking into this one. I wouldn’t be posting here a post like that if i wasn’t ingored and trolled and there was an actual support. but sadly i have to try and drag attention

Just play something else - this is the first free to play mmo that is secretly buy to play

well i think that was the final straw for me i actually don’t feel like playing the game anymore despite the amount of fun i had… it’s so sad. thanks a lot for your help

Sorry to hear you are having issues with transactions and the “trusted status” account level on your steam.

We are aware many of you guys are unable to trade and perform some actions related to this trusted status on your steam account.
It’s something devs are still figuring out, there are still several points we dont quite get.

So far we have a few bits of info that seem important on this matter, like -You have an “active” or a “trusted status” or -Have you had any of your recent purchases pending or declined? -Is the issue related to Steam or Lost Ark.

Please dont get me wrong, by the information on your post it seems neither of these are the issue on your case, just giving visibility on why this is complex.

We’ll do better than hit and miss, @Kenna, @sknilegap we are aware there are in game issues we haven’t solve in the expected timeframe and will perform better day after day.

So, @GameOn, the link provided by sknilegap is the first step on gathering info. If you will, we would kindly invite you to go there, check the info, see if there is a step you missed.
We figured there is a helpful bit of information a player by the name of ekai shared on this link

Its the 123 on the thread, and it shows an email from steam stating that she/he has a “trusted status” and there is no issue on their behalf. It also says character name, region and server.
So if you will, providing this info would be helpful for devs.

On the meantime, last word from devs is that this is currently under investigation, so I would invite you to stay tuned on the thread, if there is any update we will let everyone know and we will also post it on the Lost Ark news.

@DevonK I have been waiting for such an answer about the matter for 3 weeks…
here’s my info:

getting blocked from trading, helping friends or between my characters, me and many others are blocked from using a major game feature and for what … it’s really unfair …

Make sure to check out the post by Nikroon on that thread, he posted a few steps that actually solved the issue.
On the same thread, there’s a post by itsalundra that says she contacted live support and filed a report, (which is what we have done here).

So you can go either way. Let me know if you have any questions or need help with anything else.

since you already sent a ticket on the support on my behalf i suppose i don’t have to make an other ticket.
