Didn’t know this was happening right when I got on.
The queue has been on Una throughout the night. I started hearing about it in area chat around 3AM server time. Una is the bot haven on East.

Yup, I have been in the queue for about 30 minutes now and I am still around 4k. Think I will go play other games and let the bots play LA today.
Amazon can make money off the automated accounts and they can make money off Amazon… the circle of profit.
Ya no idea what happened but around midnight EST a massive q just kind of popped in out of nowhere. I have been kind of confused on it since it was not the weekend yet not that there is normally even a Q on the weekends or any sort of holiday. I heard there were some lag and loading stability issues so I figured they kind of just clamped down the log-in bottle neck to help deal with them till they patch it.
This is probably the result of whatever change they made earlier on Thursday to deal with the “black screen” issues whenever you did anything that popped a loading screen.
@Roxx even warned us that queues may come back as a result of those tweaks to deal with the “black screen” issue.
Stability vs capacity is what they are trying to fight while bots dgaf and just keep creating accounts/rosters/characters to their hearts content on these “overloaded” servers like Una.
Started as an off-peak early AM thing, now it’s bled into daytime…yay
Welp, looks like I won’t be playing during the day then either 
I wish they would just lock the high population servers like they did the first few days/weeks of release
Update from post: 45mins in on the queue and I am at 1,187. looks like from 4k ~2hrs n a half maybe till i get in.

I just got into the queue a few minutes ago 
Think I should be good to go get some food, fill gas in my car, do some grocery shopping and be back in time to see it go from 5k+ to maybe 2k?

It’ll be fine. I did some side stuff. Just got into the server. 1hr on the dot to get in. Base on your queue. Probably 1hr 40mins

god this is such ridiculous bullshit…also now in a 5k+ queue.
yeah, at least they don’t have that “queue kick” thing like what happened in FF14 awhile back, can you imagine walking away for a few hours and coming back to the “disconnected for inactivity” message or something? lol
I’m gonna go run those errands, maybe mix a drink 
Dark side: OMG the queue is horrible it takes 1 hour!!!
Bright side: Hey at least the map loading issue is resolved! No huge delays between loadings!
