Yeah, made a thread on this myself. Should have just looked around here ig. Iāve been trying for shoulders since March 14th. So Iām on day 5 of no shoulders. 10 runs and not a single drop man. Iāve nearly brute forced my way into 1302 by just upgrading all my other pieces.
Luckily tomorrow is the 5 extra chaos dungeon run login bonus. But it sucks to potentially blow them on low-level chaos dungeons when I could be getting more mats at a higher ilvl one.
Iāve long since gotten my set, but I can clarify at least for me where this guarantee thing is likely coming from. I canāt speak for everyone, but the customer support that I spoke to when I initially made this post specifically said that it was supposed to be guaranteed. Now, I donāt believe for a second thatās true. I think the support is just uninformed, and Iām assuming they told more than just me this. Iām pretty sure thatās a big part of the reason this thread blew up. lol.
This is not true. There is just a ilvl requirement that you need to have all your chaos gear to reach. after you get your drops you can buy plenty.
Also, Took me 4 chaos runs to get all mine. Iāve heard of it taking even more. I donāt think itās guaranteed in any certain amount though. All you need to do is just stacking mats while waiting for your drops. Then you go straight to 1325 once you get it.
I used the 5 chaos dungeons ticket + my 2 daily , 7 runs total, canāt get the pants to drop and now im stuck, are they serious, itās seems like the game is rigged to slow your progress, this is the literally by far the dumbest RNG system to lock players out of content Iāve ever seen. and this post has been up for a month and thereās 0 solution , are you serious smilegate
This ridiculous concept is infuriating.
Not only does it completely shuts down your main character progression in T3 but screws your whole Roster over since you canāt make T2 cost reduction & honing chance researches from your Stronghold untill youāve reached 1302.
To add some salt on the wound, some of us are also about to lose tons of materials from the current Arkesia GP event because thereās an item level restriction on all honing items.
This makes it even more questionnable if, from what Iāve read here, other versions of the game have tradeable T3 gear -_-

Same issue. I was grinding so hard on my alt. Tomorrow Abyss will be reset too and i only need tier 3 weapon to get 1302. Now i cant do Abyss for this week anymore because i cant buy it on AH. This Forum is already been 1 month still no fix. Why do Smilegate and AGS have to discuss about this? Just fix it asap isnt that hard. From untradable to tradable need a whole year to fix or what? I saw many people have this issue and they decided to discuss first, wow pretty good job. Now i lost Gold and Mats from Abyss this week.

2 days went by and Iām still missing T3 pants.
Hopefully the next reset some drop or I swear Iāll lose it. This is the single most idiotic mechanic Iāve ever seen in a game, and Iāve played WoW for like 15 yearsā¦
Speaking on behalf of a guildmate who encountered this same issue.
I think a simple solution to this would be to guarantee a non-tripod version of the Chaos armor and weapon pieces for Tier-3 exchange [only] at the Chaos exchange merchant.
Some people are saying it is not a rush to climb to Tier 3, but itās not fair that thereās a mechanic to skip into Tier 2 ilvl 802 right away, yet the same canāt be said for skipping into Tier 3.
We know itās a slow grind - thatās why players want to get into Tier 3 as soon as they can to start slowly farming up the ilvl 1302+ content.
If the developers want to prepare the population for Legion Raids sooner than later, this would be a good starting place. Itās useless to āinject more honing mats into the economyā when the Tier 3 mats are locked behind ilvl.
Please, listen to your community.
I want my friends to join me in Tier 3 instead of being victims of unfriendly RNG.

I remember you that in KR, you can buy T3 chaos dungeons gear. I donāt understand why we have a different and worse version of our game than in other regions like Rusia or Japan
This should not even be a discussionā¦ and should be a hotfix. These items being tradeable is the norm, now players are being pushed away by being stuck in an actual void day after day because some 1 odd piece doesnt drop.
Even for altsā¦ its very frustrating to know that as of today you have lost 1500 of much needed gold by being unable to do this resets abyss because of that 1 stupid piece you would normally just buy to get in fast
on my alt, iām where you are at, shoulders. 4 runs in. They should atleast let you buy it with the jewels you get from running with out energy. To be gated like this is super stupid because it ruins your whole night from doing anything else, Why do t2 stuff for t2 items plus lose harvest souls ect ect. Theres absolutely nothing you can do unless you want untradable items thats worthless.

NO ONE SHOULD BE GATED TO GET TO 1302 BY A CHAOS DUNGEON RNG AFTER YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED PUNIKA AND GOT TO +15 EVERYTHING ON T2 (1100 ilv)
just make the full set guranteed to drop within 2 runs of chaos dungeons. ppl with bad rng are forced to not be able to play the game for days because of this.
Please support this needs to be way higher pirority in the queue of issues to fix.
Guess the āteamā didnāt think much of fixing this stupid oversight. Feels really good having an alt Iām really enjoying stuck because some gear didnāt drop from an RNG chaos dungeon that I can only do twice a day (to get drops of what I need). Now itās gonna sit there until next daily resent because I can literally do nothing with it right now.
