Unable to buy royal crystal?

Hi there team,

So I am just now encountering an issue for buying Royal Crystal as the notification that pops up when I try to buy Royal Crystal is “Purchase Failed”. I had restarted the game, restarted my computer, verified files on steam, and reinstalled the game but I am still having issues.

I am on NA West
Server: Valtan
Main: Hailus
This issue applies to all my characters.

I hope you are doing well.

I apologize for the trouble you’re facing which might be related to Steam Overlay, which when turned off causes your micro-transaction purchases to fail. To turn on the Steam Overlay:

  1. Go to Steam on the top hotbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select the In-Game tab, and then turn on Enable Steam Overlay while in-game (If the In-game overlay is enabled, please disable and re-enable it).
