same problem for me too. 
steam still shows my founders pack in the list, but i cant redeem it ingame anymore and it looks like its gone

Same here nothing in product inventory did have 10 items including founders pack had not used as had not decided my main character. Shop also always down to maintenance been !ike that for two days. But nothing from Amazon or Lost Ark about it.
I aswell couldnt claim my platinum pack since it disappeared, I did get one reply from support saying that I still havent claimed it so i really hope this gets fixed!

Yesterday took half a day to even purchase crystals and then buy a pack from store…Every step of the sale through Shop+PayPal had like 1h delay and took several hours till i got the crystals on store and then till it sent the item into my Product Inventory.
Managed to open Product Inventory once yesterday and redeem pet from Twitch drops, now i want to redeem my Founder’s Pack etc and says i have my 6 items to claim but the list is empty since yesterday.
Is the product inventory account wide?

I used founders packs on my first server and I’m unable to claim either on my new one. haven’t been able to claim the founder’s pack 2nd redeem.
Yeah the same here, it shows up that i have Items to claim but none in my Product Inventory.
