For whatever reason I’m unable to download the game, there’s no download game function, only the play game button, which I assume downloads the game by clicking on it, but every time I click the “Play Game” button on steam, the configuration window pops up with the message saying preparing to launch lost ark for less than a second, then the steam page would refresh and nothing happens.
I have the very same issue.
Follow this guide to clear download cache from steam. Then restart steam, try to download again. This works for other games when i had this issue before.
