Unable to enter any Chaos Dungeons or Guardian Raids

So I don’t know if this is on every EU server or not, or if this has been mentioned anywhere but on Zinnervale we literally cannot queue for any content it constantly comes up with Unable to get location info or the queue will manage to pop and everyone accepts but it will cancel almost immediately. This problem persists from around 2pm up until 11pm and we cant do anything all day and its getting kind of annoying, it has been like this the past 3 days.

Can a Mod shed any light on why this might be happening?.

Can we please have some form of communication from this post into whats going on, if there is a fix being worked on… orr just anything really?
Especially as we need to do this to keep progressing in the game.
Please can we get some help here!!!

I have to agree, a little heads up if anything is being done to sort this would be greatly appreciated.

Same on Kadan, most of the time can’t event enter solo.

Hope to hear from someone soon if its happening on the 2 biggest EU server’s.

On Asta it’s impossible to queue, too.

Yeah can we please get some form of communication here, this is really bad right now. The content that people are trying to do with friends is just impossible right now.
We need to know whats going on please!

and we already cant queue for content and its 11:30 CET, so no one will be able to do anything all day, has nothing been said about this?.

please we need some fixes Maintenance anything ! to atleast be able to play the game Eu server is broken cant matchmake anything and cant even solo chaos dungeons ,raids !

This game is unplayable on EUC. GG Amazon. Very good networking.

Yet again servers have been on fire since 11:00 CET, as soon as reset hits nothing is playable.

This is just getting insane, is there no way you can increase the capacity of the EU Central server’s?
Please oh please do not tell me that you guys are literally just waiting for people to quit playing the game so the server’s are less overloaded therefor fixing the issue for you…
Is this really how you want to be seen as a games company? I just don’t understand…

Since almost everyone seems to be affected (at least everyone I know on the Antares server) we expect some kind of information.

Right now, Lost Ark ist just a massive singleplayer online game.
Let us queue up to play together or at least give some kind of heads up what is going on!
