Unable to enter Ur'nil guardian raid

Trying to enter Ur’nil for quest ‘Find the Guardian’, but not meeting requirements. Searching online, I’ve seen people say ‘Guardian Raid Qualification Certificate’ needs to be completed, which I have already done so. (met 302 item level and level 50 requirment already)

I’ve also tried abandoning ‘Find the Guardian’ and following the purple quest line to grab it again, but still unable to meet requirement.

Not an issue on alt characters boosted to 50 using power pass. please help!

My friend is having the exact same issue too. He can do the Guardian raids on his other characters but not his main :frowning:

You need to click on an item in your quest items bag even if the quest says it’s completed, then you will be able to return the quest to the guy near the board.
