This is NOT a crash.
I am locked out of gate 6 hard mode Brelshaza even though I was able to get in without issues previously.
This issue happened right when I swapped to another character after clearing gate 5 and cleared gate 6 with an alternate character.
No tickets have been given to reset the entry count.

I believe so; I was in the middle of leaving the raid while they were voting to proceed to gate 6.
Then you won’t get a ticket.

Just got the ticket actually, looks like it takes a little bit longer for scenarios like this to get a refresh ticket.
