Hi, I am unable to log into my alt which has the super express mission pass. I logged out while on Gesbroy island. My character is Gentlekitten on Rohendel I get OPELPWP1F2NT error when I try to log into that toon.

I’m very sorry that you can’t log in into your alt character.
Just to confirm you can log in into your main character or with you main it happen that same issue or it just with your alt?
In this case please let me know your alt character name, level, class, and the name of the server. I’m gonna try to teleport your character to another location to verify if you can access again into it.

Hi my girlfriends main character is currently experiencing the same problem. She can login to all of her other characters except her main. When she tries to login to the main she gets an error message “Cannot connect to the server” and then the game boots her out. The character name is Hanarui on NA East Vykas. Can you help out with this problem?

I like to tell you that I re-located your girlfriend character to another location.
Before of trying to log in to the character please check the integrity of the game files with steam to repair the file that are corrupted.

Hi the problem still occured on her character again just from fast travelling to Punika. Once again the error came up saying cannot connect to server…even after verifying the files like you mentioned. Is there any real solution to this problem or will she never be able to play on her main again? Once again the character name is Hanarui, NA East Vykas

Just to know the first time the issue occurred it was when try to traveling to Punika and in the location the issue occurred or this occur in any location of the map?
Cause in that case, I can re-locate the character location again and in the meantime I suggest to no go to Punika and contact to our live support channel in order to create a ticket reporting this issue and the Devs can investigate further this and try to solve it as soon as possible,

@Kagami The first time it happened the character was travelling to Rohendel and then the error occurred. The weird part is when you relocated the character, we teleported to Shushire fine but then when we tried teleporting to Punika, the error popped up again

@Kagami It was working fine for most of her playtime, around 4-5 hours. But then it the error happened once again, the cannot connect to server error, after trying to enter the event guardian raid. However the error does not lock her out of her main anymore. It just boots her out of the game and then she has to relaunch and log back in. This happened twice today
