I am unable to log into the East Coast region. I get the following: The region is closed and can’t be selected. I tried rebooting and nothing. I have 4 characters on the Galatur server and now can’t access them.

If not I would like to ask you to please verify the files integrity with steam and try login in!

I don’t know if this solves why he enters the normal game in east luterra castle and gives errorand error of not being able to log into the main character

said I just placed my character in another location so I’ll see if I can play it and let you know
@dajanela I have moved your character to PrideHolm!
Try verifying the files with steam before entering the game with the character!
