So I have a Steam overlay on and additionally went along with what was recommended on a separate forum and verified the integrity of the game on Steam yet I am still unable to use the in-game shop to purchase Royal Crystals.
Is anyone else having problems with this?

Yes and it is very annoying that I have everything as recommended to have set up prior to trying. I have purchased them before. I have came to a conclusion that their system is set up towards a cool down period for some reason. I have money in steam account so that is not the issue. All day the past 3 days nothing happens.
