Hi, so I ran into an issue last night when trying to purchase some crystals to use on a character slot extension. I was unable to access my paypal account and had to close/cancel the current royal crystal purchase window. Today after i sorted out my paypal situation i opened up the ingame store again, trying to buy a pack… only to be met with the message “purchase failed” the very moment i hit buy now. My initial thought was that my other purchase attempt was still pending in steam, so I go to look but see no activity in the past 48+ hours.
Was my account blocked from buying anything in the store? Is anyone else having this issue?
I tried making a support ticket and included a screenshot about the matter, got a reply which was really badly formed grammar wise. But i went through the “troubleshooting” guide provided without any result. Still locked out from spending my money in the store… help!
