I disconnected at the end of Gate 3 Vykas. I was sent back to the server selection screen. After logging back into my character, the raid had cleared. Everyone was still in the raid.
I was unable to receive any rewards for the clear and was unable to buy the G3 box at the end.
Is there any way this can be remedied? Thank you for your help!

I’m sorry to know that you got disconnected and lost your entry of Gate 3 Vykas, I understand how frustrating this is.
In this case. we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to 24H to 48H, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
