Hello, from what I can see you just need to finish the set sail quest to be eligible for the witcher quest but it’s not showing up on any of my characters. I’ve gone to the guild investigator and they don’t have a quest and are not interactable. I also went to the island and it said that I needed to go to a nearby city first (I assume this means I need to accept the quest first but it doesn’t exist). I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
If you go to North Vern (Vern Castle), the person you need to talk to is at the bottom Triport (Crafting District) southwest of the Storage Keep NPC. There will be a pink “!” on your map.

I understand you’re unable to start the Witcher content quest. I’m sorry to hear about that, I totally understand how this can be quite frustrating!

Ah, I’m so dumb. I had gone to that npc on all of my characters and they never had a quest available to me. It turns out I must have accepted the quest not knowing what it was and unchecked it from showing in the quest window. That’s pretty embarrassing since I’ve been trying to find the quest for days lol. Thank you both!
