The shotgun icon has a lock over it, only able to switch between rifle and pistols. Any fix for this?

check your engravings, Time to Hunt class engraving removes ur shotgun, np.
Having the same issue here, my class engraving is peacemaker so not sure why it’s locked.
it doesn’t work like that. There are milestones for engravings to be activated. The one you’re wearing in your inventory does not mean you can only have those. Your stone or accessories may have Time to Hunt so it gets activated. Press p > engraving to see your active ones ^^
