Una's Ride like the wind bugged for me

I completed the quest 5 times and the quest shows 1/3. I also tried to use the Task completion pass to get the quest to advance with no luck. Can a Dev check to see i’ve completed the quest and get it advanced and completed.

Go to the Reputation Status tab and accept the rewards.
