I have plat + gold founder packs and twitch drops unclaimed in my zinnervale product inventory, decided to make new char on beatrice and after playing 6 hours my product inventory is empty. What happened to my unclaimed stuff? I also can’t use shop.

I created my 1st ever characters in Beatrice today, have plat founder pack and twitch loots/drops they show as numbers to be claimed but when i get in to product inventory there is nothing.
