I have this error also since start of this week. I’ve tried everything the only thing that works is playing with a VPN. Contacted the asisstance about it because it seems that VPN are bannable…

Yesterday my game started to have the same problem after going to the Sea of Procyon (Rohendel), today earlier after the update I was able to play for some minutes in my Deadeye until going to… guess what? To the sea and my game got the same message again, All my characters are unable to login.

I tried to create a Paladin to play until the fixes or awnser to the problem waiting that could be my characters, but after the loading the game crashes.

Sometimes before the character selection the game gives me the message “W0x9”.

Server: Kazeros - SA
Character names: Visek (main), Kesiv, Hotblade, Zukuo and Bertrotos.

I verified Firewall permissions, Steam files integrity, Deleted and downloaded the game again, Reset my modem configuration, change IPV4 and IPV6, run some ping test, checked windows updates, drivers updates,… but nothing helped.

Tried to speak with the Amazon Support by chat, but the person got me nothing just said “I’ll contact the team and when I’d have an answer, you’ll recive an email”.

Could we get at least some kind of confirmation that it’s being looked into ? For most people, it started after you restarted Moonkeep and Vern last wednesday evening. Thanks

Have had this issue pop up since the patch. Constantly disconnected every 10-15min and cant even get through the queue now.
