So my second founder pack is undyeable. I submitted a support ticket and got this response:
So here I am, posting on a forum instead of using the game support. Is there some way to get my dyeable skin set?

I’m sorry you’re having issues with your founder pack being undyeable.
Unfortunately this is a known issue with the second founders pack skin’s we are currently investigating the issue as to whats causing it, rest assure the issue will be addressed soon.
