Undyeable new skins

I am not quite sure if anyone else feels this way in regards to the latest skin. Many were led to believe that the new skins in the cash shop were dyeable thanks to the description of the box, and how the streamers spoke in regards to the skin being dyeable(I assume in the other versions they have played??)

Is this supposed to be a bug and the wrong ID number for the skins were launched on the cash shop? I just find this quite deceptive. If I knew they were not dyeable I would have liked to know in advance without having to open the box and look at each individual content of the box :confused:

I included an imgur link to showcase that yes, the blue crystal alar can be dyed, but look at the description of both products.

Would be cool if a CM @Roxx could pass this along to whoever deals with situations like these if others are also seeing this as an issue.

the ones from the pass are dyeable, the ones from the cash shop are not dyeable. Not sure if this was intentional or now but that’s how it is atm.

I did notice that too actually as I got the pass as well. It is just really strange, no prior marketing to it before hand to notify people that only the ark pass version is dyeable.

Oh well I guess…

I am sure it’s a bug because in the shop the description say you can go to an npc to dye it

I am just worried that it was intended to be like this :confused: it is not the first time it happened and they never fixed the issue.

Lawmakers bonus skin came without being dyeable and they never fixed it. Sorcs plat outfit was dyeable in the other regions and ours was not.

Will see what happens, but i have been quite disappointed so far with the direction of communication both smilegate and amazon have taken.

Whether this was intended or not it’s false advertising. The store description of the item clearly states that it can be dyed. Bumping this topic for awareness. Can we please get an official response on this regarding a fix or refund?

I did exactly this, felt like a scam, so not optimal, since i bought the skins with the intention of dyeing it :s

They should make them both dyeable. Not being tradable on the AH is bad as is.

For the other shop skins, the ones purchased with royal crystals are dyeable and the ones with blue crystals are not. As this skin can only be purchased using blue crystals, I think it’s actually intentional :confused:
However, I definitely think they should allow it to be dyed

I totally could see that happen, however I certainly hope not. That would feel really bad and kinda scummy of them tbh - either fix it or refund it :confused:

So the platinum outfit alternative skins were supposed to not be dyeable. However if you go into the shop right now, click the alar, look at the contents of the package, it is dyeable. It is just this set that is marketed falsely.

Also if you hover over the boxes of the other skins, it will not include the text that states dyeable if brought to a skin mod.

The banquet set is the only one that says it which leads me to believe it was either stupidity on amazons and smilegates mark, or just deception.

The only outfit box (in blue crystals as well) that say dyeable, is the new banquet set, which is really messed up.

Has anyone actually already unlocked the pass version and for a fact knows is dyable? Or we are just assuming things here?
