I had a page of items in Universal Currency Storage. All were tagged with the ‘no time limit’ label. All but the latest addition (Wolf Mask from Rowen quests) are now gone.
Resurrection plumes, Honing Item chests, etc. They were left there specifically because the names were different enough that they won’t stack with chests containing the same items.
I trusted the ‘no time limit’ label that was on the items. Why are they gone now?
ayo dont scare me, now i will have to check mine , i have tons of crap there lol

I’m sorry to hear your "no time limit "items had vanish form your Universal Currency Storage. I understand how frustrating it is and how scary it is.
Proceed to close the game and restart your PC, then verify the integrity of game files and check the game.
If your items are still miss after the steps above I encourage you contact AGS customer support to get further assistance.

It also happened to someone I know. Their universal storage is gone on their account. They checked on each character.
I’ve done as you suggested, but its still empty. Created a ticket a few days ago, just waiting on a response.
Open a ticket everyday with their live chat and just ask them to check the ticket status. I had to do that for my last ticket. Never actually got the responses I was suppose to get I had to inquire every time. Make them actually acknowledge your ticket.
