After today (last maintenance) I realized that the “Universal Storage” is missing from “Guide” and “Game Menu”. Did they moved or am I blind?

Universal storage only shows up when when an achievement is unlocked and you have an item in it to claim.

So, if my missing materials are not in the universal storage or anywhere else, where are they?
Talking about thousands of materials like untradeable crystallized stones etc. which had no expiration date.

Don’t think those can even be in your universal storage as untradeables can’t be in your roster storage.
You forgot that with the server merge the entire roster storage was sent to the universal storage (Yes the same one that you receive achievements rewards). Pretty sure that is what he is talking about.
What achievement do i need to get to unlock the universal storage?

Please note that universal storage does not remain active all the time, only while there are items in it. The achievement is obtained when completing the initial guide so it is very unlikely something you are missing after having played for a while.
If you believe you are missing items our recommendation is to contact support directly as this scenario will require our tech team to look into your logs and follow up directly with other possibly sensitive account information that is best not posted on the forums so it would be better if you could please create a web ticket by going to Contact Us | Amazon Games.
