Unjust Ban - Please Help

I write to you regarding a recent disappointing incident that has left our playing group confused and frustrated. Earlier today, a member of our group on USW Rohendel named reptrain (characters: Carladanger, Cremastermaster, Kwrx, Mistertorgue) was wrongfully banned. After repeated attempts to contact you, the sole reason he was provided was “gold selling” which is, quite bluntly, ridiculous.

I am certain that a thorough review of his account activity, by an actual person, will reveal no activity consistent with gold selling. I do know that small transfers of less than 3,000 gold were made on his account. Adequate review, however, should show that these were only paid to or from accounts that he entered dungeons and raids with. This is a common practice among nearly all high-tier players, and I am certain that a review of other similarly-leveled accounts would show identical transactions.

This sudden and unexpected ban has left our group confused, and without one of our main players. We, as dedicated and long-time players, will almost certainly all have no choice but to abandon Lost Ark if one of our good friends and key members remains unjustly banned without any recourse.

I am sorry to hear of your friend’s scenario and how you believe the ban has not been correctly applied.

Unfortunately, Currently not us on the Forum nor the live chat team can review or see any information related to a Ban Appeal, this is reviewed by an specialized team through the ban appeal form, we don’t have any automated process related to bans.
