I get this error when I try to show interest on someone’s stronghold: “An unknown error has occurred (339707)”. I tried to re-enter his stronghold, relaunch the game, and the error is still there.
I am at Vern server, South America.

I’m sorry to hear that you are not able to enter the Stronghold and getting the error “339707”.
First of all, I’d request you to do the files integrity check using the method provided in below link as this generally resolves the issues:
Then relaunch the game and check for the same issue if that reoccurs. In case, you are still not able to enter the Stronghold then kindly get in touch with our support team by raising a ticket using the below link so that they can investigate the same and update you:

I checked the integrity of the game files but the error persists. I opened a ticket in the link you provided.
