Hindsighted. Almost everyone cried. In fact one person was so passionately against the crying against argos until I literally linked him a post responding to Roxx where they suggested to move the content back an additional month.
I really hate hindsighted statements like yours, they are disingenuous and only react off very short term feelings and care nothing about what happens before or after the statements.
This is the reality. The forums contribute to these changes less than you might think. They have their own analytics to use. Not to say player feedback here is completely ignored. But its a VERY tiny percent of their overall data.
Who is right? My response was about post further down where he mentioned another post about āReporting Bussers as scammersā. The OP of that post was basically told that no one agreed with him or the practice. The OP of this post used it as an example that all the people on the forums are whiners. This is clearly untrue if there is a large amount of people decrying the content of these posts.
The community had their pitchforks out, was crying about P2W was ready to tear the game to pieces. Even the long standing KR community were hand-in-hand completely trashing the game to the point where they were ready to throw it out completely.
The last straw for AGS to take the community seriously was Asmongold literally calling for changes or he takes his legions of groupies somewhere else
SGR traveled to Seattle to try to help fix the problem. I feel like you either werenāt here or conveniently forgot all this.
Depends what you mean. Are specifically talking about the people that MAKE the posts or the people that contribute/ to the forums? Id say sure a large amount of the posts on here are asking for things or complaints. But in the same breath how many of those are just the most viewed or get the most exposure because the topic is controversial?.
The point is, its a large oversight if you only count the posts and not the actual people responding. There is plenty of examples of agreement and disagreement within the content of the thread.
so you want 0 casuals on the game ? thatās like 80% of the population
the game gonna be dead with the population only left with 19% bots and 1% hardcore p2w swiper fomo players.
If you remove the casuals of this game in this region, then you uninstall the game because will not be enough ppl to do events at all hours of the day. In fact its happening now, at least in my server, and that is a very big problem.
Without complaints and constructive feedback, most products would be crap and the companies would bankrupt left and right as no one would buy the product because it had no chance to be better based on the feedback.
Lost Ark was really bad game in season 1 and servers were not far way from being shut down but due to the complaints and feedback it is now where it is.
What I however dont like are selfish, not constructive complaints that would make a game entirely different game that it is supposed to be.
Or you can choose to ignore these ācasualsā and mind your own business instead of making this ignorant pointless post and shaming them just because they have an opinion that you donāt agree with.
Dont think u have to wait six months half of them left after argos after valtan the other will join.In other games they would get carried in here they cant
If you played this game enough.
Then youād know more playtime makes you want to quit. Not less.
And no, itās not burn out. Itās seeing all the flaws in design of a game thatās been out a while now. Maybe, 30% of Engravings are actually used? Thereās little to no build diversity in classes. Once you have your hearts, your stars and your masterpieces you also realize thereās literally nothing to do but a weekly raid and daily chores that never change.
This is kinda every modern MMO in a nutshell though, which is why they fail.
Point being. People I know with 1000+ hours playtime are the ones quitting. Not casuals.
