Unwarranted Bans While Ignoring REAL Gold Sellers?

It’s EU law, consumers have the right to access any information pertaining to their account. Companies are legally required to provide the information.

Fat miss homie. Read up on consumer laws.

If you’re trying to cite the The right to be informed section of the UK rights, you need to remember that you agreed to their ToS which indicated they can terminate your account for any reason.

Even if, let’s just say you didn’t agree to their ToS with this in it, they’re not advertising how they are going about banning accounts so if they’re not advertising then there is no need for you to make an informed decision weather this is biased or not.

What am I missing, please explain it to me.

What you’re missing is that you evidently can’t read. Read my initial comment and realize what you just said is utterly irrelevant. Stop wasting everyone’s time, thanks!

I did, then you suggested to read up on consumer laws, which I did. I’d suggest you read the ToS you agreed to before posting some hilarious law posts here.

Since you can clearly ready much better and aren’t ignorant at all, I’ll ask again. Please explain the law you’re trying to cite and how it applies, because you’re initial post that you’re speaking of would only be applicable with the one I mentioned above, which I clearly stated will not work with your argument.

the UK left the EU. They aren’t protected under GDPR anymore.

It doesn’t matter what type of ToS you sign, it doesn’t supersede law. Just like a majority of non-compete clauses are unenforceable.

Ah yes, if you agreed to a ToS saying “we reserve the right to at any point take your house and sacrifice your first born” it’s legally binding.

Hey wasn’t there a south park episode about this sorta thing?

As a note, GDPR still covers the UK; albeit under a different name, The Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 is basically the GDPR to enshrine it in UK law after brexit.

also the UK law citation you want is CMA37, which states that unfair contract terms are null and void, and that any term that is contra to an act of parliament is unfair

Same boat here i never done anything not even close to any of god damm thing on this damm code and i got banned, this is so fucked up man.

Im getting really sad about this whole situation , wtf man why this people makes this shit system dud?
