Yep , months. If my staffs tell my - boss I’m trying my best and still doing it, fine. But then it take forever to finish their task, is it still fine? And then we never let our customers know what is happening “CLEARLY”, what is the reason of delaying and obviously COMMUNICATING frequently with customers is must have.
These type of people should work at their own company (i’m not negatively blamming anyone or any work - job). Imagine runing gaming business, especially a top 10 online game on Steam and still get no responsibility, not being emthusiastic with what they do. I see that their staff also don’t care about this game and gamers, they simply do it for living, get their pay check and they’ve done their work. Again, they have been doing this for months, not just rn.
I have 3500 hours with this game, really love it, but as long as I’ve seen how they “ignore” and “less caring” from the AMZ/SG to players, it feel sad and just force me think about quiting, but I don’t want that feeling obviously.
Things they are doing rn is very basic, and there is no point proving that they are doing it well or better than other company. The fact that AMZ is rich af and got a chance to publish Lost Ark make us feel that they really good at the begining but now…
When we have different thinking doesn’t mean “i’m a kid and you are the only man here”. Chaning ppl thinking is the worst thing we would do on the internet.
Of course, if new players join Lost Ark everyday we will have the constantly increasing of players, not these drops (excluding maintainances) and then come back to 300k.
We are getting a bunch of “new players” after the AH restriction, which is obivously make botter make more accounts and characters. The numbers are saying that.
And now they’re selling trusted accounts. The deals just keep getting better. 100k gold is $14 USD and scoring a brand-new account with a 1325 is a mere $25.
Consistently and publicly ban people buying from botters.
Compete with the bots on cost and drive them out of business.
There is no magical middle ground where you leave account creation wide open, sometimes ban RMTers but sometimes not, and never ever lower your own store’s prices.
My earlier comment about AGS needing bots has been deleted. Maybe it’s a pain point for them. They need the fake traffic from the bots to show the big boss for investment. The amount of money paid by the players is very small. Any fool knows what to do by comparison. They also frequently take ineffective measures to give you hope
That’s why robots are here to stay. And some of the things robots do that benefit the player are quickly banned. Like cheap gold books and cheap gems. Other actions that don’t benefit the player are never addressed by AGS
They’ll never care. They need robots.AGS. steam accounts are a whole industry chain. They only pay SG a small agency fee. With false flow to continue to defraud investment companies huge investment
